/data weird path for an apt conf file

Dear Devuan people,

I'm testing devuan and I've found that the devuan-baseconf package creates that file:

/data/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/05disable-suggests

I don't know what this /data directory could be.

Thanks.

I think this is due to a typo in line 3 of debian/install (target path should not begin with "data").

I've merged your patch into master in 3ed0b012 and will merge/cherry-pick into the branches later today.

This doesn't seem to be present in the ascii package? (I guess its too early for Devuan to do the usual 'change in unstable -> testing -> stable' route for changes)
